1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Centre Tobaira® website and the services provided by Luisa Fortuna Rondón MSc BSc(Hons) DHP AccHyp., based in Valencia, Spain. By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Services

Centre Tobaira® offers psychology-informed coaching, hypnotherapy, and personal development support. These services are complementary in nature and are intended to support wellbeing, personal growth, and positive change.

3. Eligibility

Services are available to adults aged 18 and over. Sessions for children and adolescents are available with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who may be required to participate in or be present for sessions.

4. Bookings and Sessions

A free introductory half-hour session is available to new clients. This session carries no commitment or obligation to book further sessions.

Paid sessions are priced at EUR 65 per session (online, telephone, or in-person in Valencia) or EUR 50 per week for text-based support. Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated before a session is confirmed.

Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement and are subject to availability. Booking a session constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee at the practitioner's discretion.

Centre Tobaira® reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and will arrange an alternative time at no extra cost.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions and communications are treated with strict confidentiality. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

  • Where there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person
  • Where disclosure is required by law or court order
  • Where you have given explicit written consent for disclosure

Confidentiality applies equally to online, telephone, text, and in-person sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide a high-quality, caring, and effective service, results cannot be guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on many factors, including the client's own engagement, circumstances, and readiness for change.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Centre Tobaira® and Luisa Fortuna Rondón shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the services provided.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we aim to keep content accurate and up to date, no warranty is given as to its completeness or accuracy.

You may not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairs the availability or accessibility of the site.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law
